There are no returns on any opened and/or used medicines or healthcare products. Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Patients will be refunded the price paid for medicine/ product. Patients will be responsible for ALL shipping charges.

Patients are responsible for their own health and should never self medicate. Prior to purchasing any medicine or healthcare product, patients are advised to consult a GavyaS iddha. Only after proper diagnosis should patients take medicines. It is also recommended for patients to consult their current medical practitioner prior to reducing dosages of current medications. Although Panchgavya Healthcare India’s medicines and healthcare products are completely safe with no known side effects, experiences and results may vary for each individual.

Whether taking herbs, natural or allopathic medications, there is always a risk involved. Patients are responsible for their own health and taking medicines/ using products is completely at their own risk. Panchgavya Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any adverse effects, harm or damage done.

1. Refund Process
   • If you are not satisfied with our product, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team at seva@gotirth.org. Please provide your order number, reason for refund, and a clear photo of the product.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
2. Cancellation Process
   • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at seva@gotirth.org within 24 hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
3. Refund and Return

   To be eligible for a refund or return, products must be:

   • - In their original packaging and condition
   • - Unused and unopened
   • - Returned within 30 days of delivery

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
